FEATURES
Organic Indifference - Passive: The Rummager is incapable of understanding the difference between organic and mechanical parts. Any PC who attempts to discuss the subject with the Rummager must mark a Stress.
A Reasonable Offer - Action: Mark a Stress to make an offer to a target within Close range for some of their parts. The target marks a Stress and must succeed on a Presence Reaction Roll. On a failure, the target must lose a Hope or take the deal.
Decouple - Action: Spend a Fear to touch a target in Melee range and decouple a limb from their body. This process is instantaneous and causes no pain; the limb simply falls to the ground. The target must mark a Stress and lose a Hope. If it is an arm, anything it was holding is also dropped. If it is a leg, the target must succeed on an Instinct or Agility Reaction Roll to remain upright. The limb, if it is in their possession, can be instantly reattached with no ill effects using any action by the target or an ally.
Aid Me! - Reaction: Once per scene, when the Rummager takes damage from an attack, spend a Fear to summon 1d4+X Battle Points worth of Tier 2 adversaries, where X equals the number of Stress the Rummager has unmarked. These adversaries appear at Far range and attempt to defend the Rummager.
