FEATURES
Sticky Body - Passive: A creature that successfully attacks the Kelpie from within Melee range becomes Restrained. They can break free with a successful Strength Roll.
Amphibious - Passive: The Kelpie can breathe and move naturally underwater.
Drag Down - Reaction: If the Kelpie takes Major damage from an attack within Melee range, mark a Stress to move to a point within Far range. Any creature Restrained by the Kelpie moves with it.
