FEATURES
Leech - Passive: When a PC encounters a Hakturi for the first time, all PCs within Close range gain a Hope. If PCs complete a long rest within Close range of a Hakturi, they must mark 1d4 Stress and their Hope die becomes a d10 until the Hakturi is defeated or the PCs rest again outside of its presence. For each Stress the PCs mark while in Close range of the Hakturi, the Hakturi gains a friend token.
Romp - Action: Make an attack against a target within Very Close range. On a success, deal 2d4+2 physical damage and the target must succeed on a Presence Reaction Roll or become temporarily Vulnerable. If the target fails, you can spend a friend token to immediately spotlight another Hakturi within Close range.
Empathy - Reaction: When a befriended Hakturi takes damage from a once friendly PC, spend a Fear and all targets within Close range must succeed on an Instinct Reaction Roll. On a failure, the target must mark 2 Stress and their next attack is made at disadvantage. Evolve (Phase Change) – Reaction: When the Hakturi accumulates 12 friend tokens, replace them with the Hakturi Mother and immediately spotlight them.
