FEATURES
Relentless (2) - Passive: The Council Spider can be spotlighted up to two times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
Profaned Crawler - Passive: The Council Spider can climb and walk on any surface. Additionally, their standard attack does 4d12+8 physical damage to Vulnerable targets.
Bone Counter - Passive: When a Wailing Corpse within Very Close range of the Council Spider is defeated, you gain a Fear.
Sacrament of Infestation - Action: Mark a Stress to make an attack against a target within Melee range. On a success, the target takes 4d6+10 physical damage and must succeed on a Strength Reaction Roll. On a failure, the target gains an infestation token. The target takes a penalty to each action roll equal to the number of infestation tokens they have. Magic, items, or downtime moves that clear HP can be used to remove infestation tokens instead of clearing HP.
Culling Strike - Action: Spend a Fear to make a standard attack against all targets within Very Close range. If a target marks HP, they also mark a Stress. If the attack critically succeeds, they mark 3 Stress instead.
Ossuary Shield - Reaction: When the Council Spider takes damage, mark a Stress to reduce the damage by half. You can spend a Fear instead to also summon a Wailing Corpse within Very Close range.
Wails of the Undying - Reaction: Countdown (Loop 1d8). When the Council Spider is in the spotlight for the first time, activate the countdown. When it triggers, 1d4+1 Wailing Corpses appear within Far range of the Council Spider and you gain a Fear for each Wailing Corpse summoned.
Let Me See You Clearly (Phase Change) - Reaction: When the Council Spider marks their last HP, replace them with the Writhing Ordinant and immediately spotlight them.
