FEATURES

Whispy Movement - Passive: The Banshee levitates several feet off the ground. Additionally, attacks made from Far range have disadvantage.

Focused Cry - Passive: When the Banshee makes a standard attack, make an attack against all targets in a line within Far range. All targets it succeeds against after the first take half damage.

Nightmarish Reverberations - Action: Mark a Stress to let out a baleful screech. All targets within Close range must succeed on a Presence Reaction Roll. Targets who fail lose a Hope and become Vulnerable until spotlighted.
