FEATURES

Ramp up - Passive: You must spend a Fear to spotlight the Maven of Regret. While spotlighted, they can make their standard attack against all targets within range.

Flagellant - Passive: When the Maven of Regret marks 2 or fewer HP from an attack, you gain a Fear.

Divine Punishment - Action: Make an attack against a target within Far range. On a success, the target takes 3d10+8 magic damage and is Restrained by chains of regret until they break free with a successful Strength or Agility Roll(15). If the target is above the Maven of Regret, they have advantage on this attack.

Sacred Regret - Reaction: When the Maven of Regret misses all targets of an attack, Mark a Stress to reroll the attack.
