FEATURES

Magical Cunning - Passive: The Queen is resistant to magic damage.

Merciless (1) - Passive: When the Queen is spotlighted, spotlight one additional ally without requiring a Fear to be spent to do so.

Dirty Fighting - Passive: When the Queen attacks a Vulnerable target they must mark a Stress.

Never Alone - Action: Twice per scene, mark a Stress to summon a Veiled Sister who is Hidden within Close range of a PC.

Hobbling Strike - Action: Make a standard attack against a target. On a success, Spend a Fear to deal 3d12+5 direct physical damage and Hobble the target until they clear 1 HP. A Hobbled target is Vulnerable and can only move within Very Close range as their normal movement.

Momentum - Reaction: When the Queen makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
