FEATURES
Soul Scarred - Passive: The Scoundrel can mark a stress to use its experience.
Garrote - Action: Make an attack against a target. If the Scoundrel is Hidden when making the attack it automatically succeeds. On a success, mark a Stress to deal 2d10 physical damage and is Restrained. While Restrained, the target must mark a Stress when they make an action roll. The target can break free, clearing the condition with a successful Strength Roll or is freed automatically if the Scoundrel takes Major or greater damage.
Shadow Step - Action: Mark a Stress and choose a point within Far range that is in shadow. The Scoundrel becomes Hidden and moves to that point.
